I think the word can be intimidating. I have been trying to think of a new name for boot camp for a long time. I really don’t want to discourage beginners…
In fact it’s very hard to make that first step to become healthy.
I think it fits quite well and that it will help me set myself apart from other boot camp businesses and gyms. So without further ado…
